The charts illustrate the different reasons for immigrants to and from a European country in 2009. Overall, reasons for people living in a country in Europe were higher than that of moving, except for permanent jobs and other objectives . Accompaniment and relatives was a major purpose for immigration while definite jobs had the highest percentage for the migrants.
As for the first chart, 25% of individuals moving to this country were for family gatherings, followed by definite jobs, at 23%. The figure for work , study and other objectives had an identical proportion, accounting for 15% in the examined year. At the bottom of the list, the lowest proportion was immigrants who have no reason to reside in this nation, constituting 7%.
Regarding the second chart, definite works emerged as the most prevalent factor at 38%, exceeding the level of other purposes and companions by 15% and 23% respectively. The share of job seeking ranked 3rd from the survey, which was exhibited at 13%. The figure for family reunions ,at 15%, was more than twice as much as that of academic pursuits, whose figure is only 7%. (186 words)
