The table provides the proportion of freshmen providing excellent ratings to various resources of a university. Overall, the percentage of students who rated the commerce faculty positively was the highest in all categories. Additionally, only pre-course information and unidentified resources from law school satisfied a larger share of students than similar categories from economics.
Regarding commerce, around 95% of students were optimistic toward pre-course information, teaching and tutoring. Facilities such as printing service received a positive rating from 86% of students whereas the figure for other resources was slightly lower, at 81%.
As for economics, teaching and tutoring received positive ratings from 95% and 90% of students, respectively, 9% higher than printing resources. Meanwhile, approximately 60% of students evaluated other resources as excellent and pre-enrollment information as excellent.
Turning to law, the figures for pre-course information, tutoring and facilities including printing shared a comparable rate of roughly three-quarters of pupils voting them as good. The rate of excellent evaluations for teaching accounted for 62% and that for other resources made up 80%.

Question: Some people think that the best way to increase road safety is to increase the minimum legal age for driving cars or riding motorbikes. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
ANSWER:
Many believe that the most feasible method to enhance road safety is to raise the minimum age of eligibility to receive a driving licence. Despite its practicality, I only partially agree with it as there are other equally useful solutions to the problem.
Given the immaturity of young drivers, increasing the legal age to operate a vehicle can reduce road accidents. Young motorists often have lower a temperamental threshold than adults. Thus, they are more likely to experience road rage, which impair their capacity to handle critical traffic circumstances and result in traffic collisions. Moreover, as a consequence of their inability to comprehend the repercussions of their actions, youngsters tend to engage in reckless driving and violate traffic regulations, endangering the lives of others. For instance, a large number of Vietnamese youths frequently organise illegal motorcycle races, resulting in serious injuries or fatalities.
However, I consider there are other equally effective methods to resolve the problem in conjunction with raising the legal driving age. Firstly, applying harsher punishments for driving offences can contribute to the reduction of traffic accidents. Specifically, it prompts road users to reconsider the seriousness of the chastisement, thus being deterred from committing traffic violations. Another efficient measure to improve safety is to provide a stricter driving testing system. More rigorous exams require extensive effort in practising, which enhances the skills of passed examinees, hence fewer road accidents.
In conclusion, although increasing the minimum legal age for driving can somewhat reduce the impact of young drivers’ temperament and allow them more time to mature, it is just one of several feasible approaches to enhance road safety. I believe that the imposition of more severe penalties for offenders and the amendments in driving licensing also hold dominance and should be implemented simultaneously with the age-raising scheme.
