During the first period, the site mainly consisted of a large garden, with a history reading room and a small kitchen located in the south-western corner. By the second period, the garden had been considerably reduced in size to make room for a much larger building. The former reading room was replaced by a meeting room, while a spacious hall was added to its south. The kitchen was retained in roughly the same location. Meanwhile, roads A and B continued to run along the western and southern sides of the site respectively.
From the second period to the present, the site has been further transformed into a theatre. The meeting room has been converted into a seating area, while the hall has remained in the southern part of the building. The remaining garden has been completely removed and replaced by two rooms in the north, one of which is a dressing room. In addition, the kitchen has given way to an office, and a garage has been constructed along the eastern side of the site.
