The table compares the daily caloric intake of residents in four nations from three types of food. Overall, Cambodians consume the most calories from rice, whereas Poland and Egypt receive the highest calories from wheat. Additionally, despite supplying the greatest number of calories to Mexicans, maize is absent from the diet of Poles.
In terms of rice, Cambodia witnesses the highest amount of daily calories from this type of food at 1,445 energy, followed by Egypt with 501. Rice supplies Mexicans and Poles 57 and 19 calories daily, respectively.
As for wheat, daily calorie intake of Egyptian residents from this source is 1,095, which is approximately 200 units higher than that of Poles. Furthermore, 275 calories of the Mexican diet come from wheat while Cambodians receive only 18 calories.
Regarding maize, Mexicans obtain 1,083 calories per day from this type of food, which is nearly double that of Egyptians and roughly ten times that of Cambodians. Finally, residents in Poland do not consume maize. (165 words)

ANSWER:
People have different opinions about whether spending a large sum on special events and ceremonies is wasteful or whether it is important for youngsters and the community. This essay will discuss both notions and give reasons why I contend with the latter.
On the one hand, many advocate the first view as it negatively affects the ecosystem and organizers’ finances. First and foremost, lavish parties often require a large number of groceries which may lead to more food produced. Consequently, this can release more carbon emissions to the environment from the agricultural activities to the transportation of it to the stores and end users. Additionally, it is not cost efficient. For instance, a large wedding celebration could cost thousands of dollars, which could sustain a family for years’ worth of food provision.
On the other hand, an alternative view concedes that this trend is important for the advancement of youngsters and also society. The main justification is that birthdays and marriages are major milestones in the life of individuals that should not be underestimated. Thus, extensive personal events help young people to appreciate their accomplishments and encourage further development. Moreover, grand parties improve interpersonal relationships. This is because these celebrations allow distant relatives, friends, and even strangers to engage. This can afford individuals the opportunity to connect, thus enhancing societal human ties.
In conclusion, while organizing extravagant celebrations entails several negative impacts to the environment and personal economy, this trend contributes more to the development of the youths and improves human connections. Therefore, I assert that it is of more paramount importance to organize these events. (265 words)
