The diagram below shows the process of making cheese.
Given is a diagram which illustrates the linear manufacturing process of how to make cheese. Overall, the process consists of seventeen steps, commencing with fresh milk, followed by many chemical and physical stages, and culminating with the completion of fermented and ripened cheese.
Regarding the first nine phases of making raw cheese, there are two ways of processing unpasteurized milk. One of which is to use a set of pasteurization and sterilization machines, before the milk undergoes another procedure of standardization and filtration to eliminate all the impurities. This liquid then is poured into a huge tank, along with rennet which is a type of enzyme fermentation and microorganisms to inoculate. Thereafter, that mixture starts separating through chemical reactions to become curds and whey. Another traditional method for this fermentation is to directly mix the raw milk with those beneficial bacteria and enzymes, thus forming the same mixture which is then cut, stirred, and cooked.
Concerning the last eight stages of shaping the cheese, all redundant whey is drained out, leaving only curds, leaving the rest which is then milled by a specialized device. Salt is added, creating various types of fresh cheese including cottage and cream cheese which can immediately be sold. The remaining product is poured into circular molds. Having been pressed to again eliminate all the additional whey, they are formed into cylindrical pieces which are then ripened before eventually becoming the finished cheese product. (238 words)

Question: Many people think that music plays an important role in society, others think it is simply a form of entertainment for individuals. Discuss both views and give your opinion?
ANSWER:
Music has been an integral part of human culture throughout history. While many contend that music primarily serves as a means of individual entertainment, others recognise its profound impacts on various aspects of life. From my perspective, music encompasses more important features than a mere source of leisure.
Granted, music has the power to entertain listeners in many ways. Through immersing themselves in melodies or resonating with the lyrics of a song, individuals can immerse themselves in the music, especially during times of emotional distress. Not only does music provide comfort during personal hard times, it also uplift people’s feelings in joyful occasions such as wedding ceremonies. However, proponents of this view may underestimate the significant role of music beyond personal enjoyment as people can utilise it for many other purposes.
I consider that other crucial functions of music should not be undermined. Firstly, musical sound can help preserve national cultures. For instance, fork music often vividly conveys stories of the past generations about their experiences or articulates their social endeavours to younger individuals. As a result, it represents cultural heritages and instils a sense of community in people. Moreover, musicians often leverage their songs to translate their personal comments on social issues. They illuminate social injustices, challenge the wrongdoings of the authorities and advocate for positive transformations.
In conclusion, I am of the opinion that although music unquestionably entertains listeners by improving their spiritual senses, their effects far exceed amusement. This is because it holds considerable cultural values and enables artists to express their opinions on pressing social issues. (261 words)
