The diagram shows how recycled paper is made. Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.
The picture demonstrates the process of making recycled paper. Overall, the process has six steps, beginning with the filtration of the pulp, following with it being deinked, and ending with rolls of recycled paper made from clean pulp.
The first three steps are to filter the unprocessed pulp, which begin with the pulp being placed on a conveyor belt then falling into a mixture of water and chemicals. After this, the blend is poured into a straining bucket that removes the liquid, releasing the filtered pulp into another container, ready for the next stage.
Recycled paper is the product of the remaining steps. The filtered pulp is now submerged in water with soap and air is introduced into the mixture, forcing the ink in the pulp to evaporate. Subsequently, the deinked pulp flows into another vessel and is combined with water and other chemicals, eventually releasing clean pulp, which is grinded by heated rollers on a conveyor belt and rolls of recycled paper are produced.
