- My favorite day of the week is Saturday. It’s a day that I look forward to because it marks the end of the work or study week and offers the opportunity to relax and recharge. On Saturdays, I usually spend time pursuing my hobbies, hanging out with friends, or simply enjoying some downtime. This day has a positive and refreshing vibe, making it special and enjoyable for me.
How do you usually spend your favorite day?
- On my favorite day, Saturday, I indulge in joyful and relaxing activities. I begin with a leisurely breakfast and some music or a good book. Later, I meet friends for shared interests like visiting a cafe or watching a movie. The afternoon is reserved for personal pursuits like a park stroll or creative projects. It’s a well-balanced day of socializing, personal enjoyment, and rejuvenation for the week ahead.

What languages would you like to learn in the future?
- In the future, I aim to learn Spanish for broad cultural connections, Mandarin for global business relevance, and Python for its importance in technology. Mastering these languages will not only enrich my personal experiences but also enhance my professional skills.

- I learn a foreign language through a combination of structured courses, immersion in authentic materials like movies and literature, and regular conversation practice with native speakers. This comprehensive approach helps me develop a well-rounded proficiency in the language.

Describe an occasion you gave a talk before a group
Certainly. I would like to share an experience when I gave a talk about mental health awareness to a group of high school students. The talk took place last year during Mental Health Awareness Month, and I was invited by a local school to address the students.
The purpose of my talk was to break the stigma surrounding mental health, provide information about common mental health issues, and promote the importance of seeking help. I began by sharing some alarming statistics about the prevalence of mental health challenges among teenagers, aiming to create awareness about the significance of mental well-being.
I structured my talk to include personal anecdotes, which made the topic more relatable. I shared stories of individuals who successfully coped with mental health issues and emphasized the importance of empathy and support within the community.
To make the session interactive, I included a Q&A segment where students could ask questions anonymously. This encouraged them to engage in a conversation about mental health without feeling judged. Additionally, I distributed informative pamphlets with resources for seeking help and managing stress.
Throughout the talk, I maintained a positive and empathetic tone to ensure the students felt comfortable discussing the topic. I also stressed that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Feedback from both students and teachers was overwhelmingly positive. Many students approached me after the talk to share their experiences or seek further advice. The school later implemented mental health awareness initiatives, indicating the impact of the talk.
This experience was meaningful to me as it not only allowed me to contribute to a crucial conversation but also fostered a sense of understanding and support within the student community. It emphasized the importance of addressing mental health openly and compassionately.

- Spoken and written communication differ in several key aspects. Spoken communication is immediate, often informal, and relies on tone, pitch, and non-verbal cues. In contrast, written communication is more deliberate, allowing for careful choice of words and structure. Written communication also endures over time and can be referenced, providing a lasting record.
Do you agree that education has a strong and positive effect on people’s ability to communicate effectively?
- Education undeniably plays a pivotal role in enhancing people’s communication skills.
