The diagrams below give information about a plan to redevelop an industrial site.
The illustrations show the present layout and proposed alterations to a particular industrial site. Overall, it will completely change from an industrial area with factories, offices and amenities to a completely residential development.
Looking first at the proposed changes to the western part which housed the Tea Lane and northern section where the Chimney road is located , there is a parking lot in the west and a storage room in the southwest; however, they will be demolished to make room for three – bedroom and four – bedroom houses. In the central section of the site, the entrance and reception building in the north and the yard, constituting the largest part, will be converted into three brand new two-bedroom houses and communal gardens. There will also be a private road surrounding this area.
In the southern side in which Swallow Street is situated and the eastern segment where the Pie Walk is based, the planned project shows that the existing offices and a canteen on the south will be destroyed to make way for parking garages. A factory which is situated in the southeast corner will be replaced by a new apartment block and a car park. (194 words)

Question: Space travel has been possible for some time, and some people believe that space tourism could be developed in the future. Do you think it is a negative or a positive development?
ANSWER:
With increasingly advanced technology, things that used to be questionable have been made possible, and space travel is not an exception. While the development of this kind of tourism will admittedly confer a few benefits, I personally believe that it would do more harm than good.
The foremost reason for my belief is that this prohibitively expensive form of entertainment could be a waste of financial resources. To create a rocket, it costs millions of dollars, a precious amount that could make a significant change if properly invested in more important industries such as education or hospitalization. Also, when companies allocate funds into enabling space travel, from research and development to implementation and maintenance, they might lose a huge amount in case they are unfortunately unable to attract customers and keep their business going.
A further argument for my opposition is that space tourism could risk many people’s lives. A lot of debris from previous missions has been reported, and if a large number of rockets are released into space, the current problem of hazardous debris in the outer atmosphere will become worse. This, along with a minor error in space management could lead to injuries and even deaths among tourists as well as people on earth.
Nevertheless, one pronounced benefit of this development is that it enhances the human adventurous experiences to another level. This is because space travel is dissimilar to any type of traveling that has ever been tried before; it is an eye-opening experience that can change one’s life. If this model becomes more popular and accessible for the public, many will have a chance to broaden their horizons and inspire the future generation to pursue dreams that were once thought to be impossible.
In conclusion, I would like to reiterate that the possibility of space tourism is more concerning because of the potential budget loss and endangerment of many lives. However, it is justifiable that this development allows people to expand the exploration of their limitations. (331 words)
